it was me and my father that went. and we eat fish on a regulart basis. the bass we make steaks out of. Also as well this resviour that i fished is EXTREMELY over popullated...some of the bass i caught had such big humps in their back they look liek that disney guiy with the huntch. theres alot more bigs one where they come from. but i look at it like this. its better to keep the fish and eat em instead of letting them just die for show. in this day and age in NY saving acouple of fish that will alst you..well to me it saves a lil bit money in our pockets. and the limit is 5 per person. *by the way we only fished this place 2 times. and where going one mor etime for the season. we jsut hit up here when we wanna stiock up on food.

okay well the moon phase for today will be "waring" how is that for fishing?

well me personally never really had luck right after a storm. Usually i have the best of luck when the rain is hitting the body of water. Basically sometimes i think its best to fish for bass in a rainstorm. because bugs and other things are falling in the water off of trees and not to mention its a lot harder for them to see you if your standing in the boat. Dont get me wrong i wouldnt stand out fishing in a wicked storms but if its just raining well you better believ ei have a poncho or a homade poncho made from a garbage bag,lol. Sometimes ive had luck after a storm and somedays i have had luck. sometimes it just depends. But usually ill stick with a worm. Or if the water is calm after the storm try a top water.

what are your views on it and ever any luck going by it for you?

hey guys id figure id update you on how the pond was...when we first got there the bass were hammering everyhting we were throwing. from top waters to spinners. but after about 20mins they stop hitting once the wind picked up. did get soem nice yellow perch though. i looked at it like this. Its jus tone of those days were they really were not bitign that day. but the bigges tone out of there that was caught was a 3 pounder. but we brought back about 5 three pounders home. so me and my buddy were still happy

okay so what are your guys reviews on that new Charcoal line? i dont know who makes it but it comes out black to the human eye but underwater it comes out red.

Well heres the the thing. Soon in the next couple of days i will be fishing at this pond/resivour that its OVERSTOCKED on bass. I mean its nuttin to get a 3-6 pounder out of the body of water. I mean this is what i keep being told. And i keep seeing pics of all the fish athat are being taken out of here. Whats great is everyone releases the fish back even when its bass season here in NY. Although i think that would help down the population,lol. But what happened was they stocked this place like 20 years ago. and the buisness does not use it anymore. and the owner is going to let me fish there for now on. Now i didnt get into much detail with him. But is it possible there could be panfish in there to? like crappies,gills? I love fishing for pans as well as i do for bass. Also what woudl you guys recommend for fishign this over populated area with bass lures? I was thinking of sticking with my Heddon Torpedo. I love the bait and never turn my back on it,lol. But i also like to experiement with other baits. The next best bait i ever had luck with whats the 4 inch or 6 inch cant remember Gay Yamayota worms. Smokey purple color. But what would you guys use? Oh and of course i will be seeting up the ultra light rod with nightccrawlers

simply the best line i have seen in my times. I know its a remake of the old fireline but boy what a difference now. The 8lb test handles like a 12lb line. The low memory is so great on it. The line is so sensitive. You feel what structure you hit and when you actually get a bite. I love the smoke color. I swear its almost invisible in the water. This line i would recommend to anyone!!!
