That's a good looking boat and sounds like it's been taken care of, for some reason though the price seems a little steep to me. Around here you can get a used fiberglass bass boat for that... I guess depends on what you are looking for.

Yeah, usually with the A.M. bite on a usual saturday tournament i throw a hornytoad of hydrilla and usually get a 5 fish limit pretty quick. Our usual satuday tourny's limit is this: 5 fish, under 13" or over 18". 13-18" fish have to be released. Now on this tournament, which is a yearly tournament, there is a 4 fish limit of over 18" fish.

Has anybody ever heard of swim bait made by Riverside called MYSTIC SHAD? It comes with a set of 4 swim shad and 2 swim jigheads. I use to catch a lot of fish on them, but walmart stoped carying them and i haven't seen them since. Thanks

Also, what is the best way to fish 18-25' of water?

Crankbaits have been nailing fish 12-15" long but on this paticulat tournament there is a 4 fish limit of 18" and over. I also always have a lizard (YUM, watermelon/redflake) on texas rig. I catch a lot of fish on this lake, (Bone Creek Lake) in South East Kansas, but for some reason just haven't found the big bite this year.

I was wondering if anybody on here was fishing the Buddy Bass tournament at Bone Creek on Saturday.

80-85 degrees water temp, water color a little stained, but still fairly clear.

I was wondering if ya'll were at a tournament, say 7 A.M-3 P.M. and the high temp for the day was suppose to be 93 with partly cloudy skies with wend 5-10 mph out of the south west on a lake with ALOT of standing timber and hydrila/coontail weed in water 8' deep and less. I myself like to stick with a pb&j color jig with a crawbug, or a shaky head worm. What are the 2 you would throw?

I have actually been thinking about going to longview or jacomo to fish for a weekend. I've researched around and the fishing report is pretty good. I'd like to hear from some people that have fished it before though.

How old is the boat? I just sold a 16' flatbottom with a camo paintjob, on a single axel trailer for $325. I guess it depends on how bad you need a boat, and if you will need a trailer. If you need a trailer, then research how much a trailer will cost for the boat and then go from there. You may find that you can get a boat and trailer for the same price then just getting them seperate. Hope this helps.
