  9. I've used several fluorocarbon, and Tatsu is head-and-shoulders above all of them. It performs much like a co-polymer in relation to suppleness and castability. It really has very little memory, if at all.
  10. ^^ This is exactly what I do too! ^^ Except I have a keel protector on my boat, so I don't have to worry about scuffs.
  11. Yep, adjusting the drag won't have any affect on the problem. Here's how to adjust your reel properly:
  12. Bingo!

  14. Look at all those sunny days and warm temps! If only I could be so lucky! In my neck of the woods, it's been raining steady with temps in the upper 40's since.....October. I wish I was joking, but I'm not.
  15. Forage is essentially the other living species in the lake that the bass eat. Two quick primers on forage below can explain it far better than any forum post can: http://www.bassresource.com/fishing/forage-fish-location.html http://www.bassresource.com/fishing/forage-fish-locations.html Bonus article for advanced reading: http://www.bassresource.com/fish_biology/forage_bass.html

  18. Those that know me, know that I ALWAYS have a spinnerbait rigged on my deck, and that I ALWAYS fish it every time I go fishing - even if for just a short while; but often I get on them with a spinnerbait when nobody else can. It's my confidence lure. I made this video awhile ago, but it's literally a massive brain-dump of all the tips and tricks I've learned over several decades of consistently catching fish on spinnerbaits year 'round. Enjoy!
  19. No cheating!
  20. These tough-looking guys wouldn't let me go without taking a picture with them. Can you name these two Garmin pros that appear in the video below?
