Ok, so you have power. Chances are, you have a portable microwave handy. Bring it, and some microwavable breakfasts from the freezer section in your grocery store. Done.

I had one 5 years ago. The initial pain made me throw up over and over. A "10" doesn't even describe the pain! That said, it passed 12 hrs later without any pain at all (relatively speaking). I could tell where the stone was as it made its progression, but it was more of a pressure feeling than pain. It popped out without any sensation whatsoever. So hopefully the worst is over for you.

Hmmm.... interesting armchair analysis from folks who weren't there. Curious as to how different these comments would be if the same thing had happened to KVD or Shaw Grigsby, and given the same exact same pictures and information. There was an accident at an elite event a few years ago when a pro hit an underwater stump and did a 90-degree turn into the bank. His co-angler was rushed to the hospital with multiple injuries. I don't recall seeing very many negative comments about the pro back then, for an accident that had a much worse outcome.

So much for Goodyear's new tire. It accounted for most of the wrecks. NASCAR as a whole has become boring. Seems less competitive now due to all the "safety" changes the past few years. While I never want to see anyone get hurt, they need to balance some of these changes with how they mitigate competitiveness. I mean, really, when was the last time you didn't see the last few laps at Bristol become a free-for-all? I've had Bristol on my bucket list for years, but now I'm rethinking that.
