In 2011 alone, Chris had three top 12 finishes in the BASSMaster Elite Series and finished 12th overall for the season, earning a ticket to the BassMaster Classic in Shreveport, LA in 2012. He also ranked 6th in the BASSMaster Southern Open. Chris won the Bassmaster Classic earlier this year, and just placed 2nd in the Power Pole Slam Elite Series event on Lake Okeechobee. Chris will be joining us for a meet-n-greet and giving a presentation during Wednesday night's banquet. If you haven't signed up for the RoadTrip, you still have a few days left! Please see the RoadTrip thread for details. I'm looking forward to seeing you there! Glenn

2012 Roadtrip! Be There!
Hey folks - Due to the VERY generous offers from WMD in Kentucky and Long Mike, Keri and I not only have a boat, but can now offer a "backseat" for Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. Anyone looking for a ride those days, let me know! Oh and if you're concerned about fishing 3 in a boat, don't worry. Not only are these boats big enough to hold 3, but Keri is a former WBT and current LBAA pro. You'll be fishing with one of the best in the country!

Edge Products
You do tow your boat, don't you? Edge offers performance enhancing modules that will not only give you more towing power, but will improve your gas mileage too. So yes, it's fishing-related.

This is what happens when you don't change your fuel lines
There's a sticky at top of this (boating) forum that lists sites that show ethanol-free gas stations. Ring Free is a popular engine cleaner from Yamaha. Many folks also use Sea Foam. Both are about the same. Either way, double up on the dosages. Yes, I've heard about that report. It's odd, because everything I've heard about ethanol lately is that it's never accomplished what it was originally supposed to do. So adding more of something that's known not to be effective doesn't make any sense in my simple mind. Mike - we never had any indication whatsoever that there was any problem at all. Everything was fine until one morning we launched the boat and couldn't get it on plane. Not a good feeling.
