  1. Don't know how much all this cost but this is my current shopping list: -Table Rock Finesse jig 5/16oz- brown craw -Table Rock Finesse jig 5/16oz- green pumpkin purple -Berkley Power hawg 4"- green pumpkin -SK Ocho 5" - double header -SK Ocho 5" - Amistad Special -Berkley Shaky Worm 5" - bama bug - Spro Little John MD - nasty shad - Spro Little John MD - sunny bream - Bandit 200 - sunperch I don't need anymore cranks, but I keep buying them
  2. I really liked old Berkley power lizards; the ones with the flat belly. I don't know why they stopped making them.
  3. Man, I love the Rapala DTs. Make sure you are using the right bait for the depth you are fishing. For example I'll throw a DT6 if I'm fishing 4'-5' of water. You always want your bait to be digging the bottom. Also try varying your retrieve. Hope this helps.
  4. Power Hawgs, Sweet Beavers and 10" power worms.
  5. I like to pinch a 1/2" off a 4" Berkley Power Hawg and thread it on my jig.
  6. I picked up a St. Croix LTBS68MXF this winter, its awesome, best all around finess rod I've ever used.
  7. I feel like worms and senkos are highly underrated flippin baits. The catch fish and they slip through cover easier than creature baits.
  8. 3 times in over 20 years of fishing. All the fish were 12 -18 inches, always on a pond with a Bandit crankbait. Always fun ;D
  9. I have had success fishing up and down stream. I totally agree with RW about fish facing up stream but I feel like there are times when bringing the bait upstream keeps it in the strike zone longer. My best baits have been the Bandit 200 and a Rapala DT 6.
  10. My best bait has been this http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_10203974_100006006_100000000_100006000_100-6-6 5/16th, in the brown craw color with a 4" green pumpkin Berkley power hog trailer.
  11. I really like my St. Croix PGC70MMF. Havn't thrown any DD 22s on it yet but it handles Strike King series 5's and smaller very well.
  12. I use a St. Croix LTBC73MHF; I love it!
  13. I crank with a St. Croix PGC70MMF. Its a glass Premier that is perfect for crankin'.
  14. Wait, what was this thread about?? Can we get back on topic? I would like to know the sepcifics of KVD's setup.

  16. For me.... Rod- St. Croix LTB 6'8" MXF Reel- Shimano Sedona 2500 Line- 8lb Seaguar Red Lable Worm-Berkley Shakey Worm, Berkley Hand-poured or Zoom Trick Worm Jigs- 3/32 oz. Bite-Me
  17. If you are going to throw "light stuff" a MF or MXF between 6' and 7' will do just fine.
  18. I recommend a 1/4 to 3/8 oz. buzzer without a skirt.
  19. I have found my St. Croix PGC70MMF to be a very versatile and proficient crankin' stick
  20. I picked up a St. Croix AVS60ULF a couple months ago; its freaking sweet. Also has a lifetime warranty.
  21. I hear good things about this http://www.***.com/descpageRLCABUGAR-AGOC.html
  22. Have not thrown the Chronarch, I have the curado B and D. I deep crank with my Ardent. Throws far and has a very smooth and powerful retrive.
