  1. Shallow huh? Great to know. I'll give it a shot. Thanks
  2. Water temp is right around 50 degress and I have been using a spinner bait or a mepps spinner. Think thats a good choice? Have only caught a few LMB so far. I'm usually a senko guy, but have had no luck all with that. Any tips would be appreciated.
  3. So how are you getting on there or is that a secret.
  4. Thought Cobbetts is private. Do you live on it?
  5. Anyone going out tomorrow? I wonder how the snow flurries will effect fishing?
  6. Thanks for posting this. Hopefully we will get a bunch of boats out there.
  7. I should be there. This pond is tougher then most people would think. It gets a lot of pressure. Should be a good challenge for all of us.
  8. Shane if you want to fish together sometime I could use some pointers. Let me know. Thanks Derek
  9. I'm five minutes away also. Let's plan on a early Sunday morning.
  10. Sounds good. Let's see if anyone else is in as well.
  11. Launch is good, but a Jon boat is all that is needed here as it is only about 40 acres I believe. It does get fished heavily as a FYI also. I'm just trying to figure out if there is any more 4+ pounders in there. I believe if there in this pond you guys can find them. Be sure to bring a depth finder for this place as there are a lot of drop offs. Very soft bottom though. Mill foil was raked last year as well. I'm thinking if we could do a Friday instead if possible as this place will be loaded on the weekends. Let me know what works for all of you.
  12. Shane I only have a 8 foot Jon boat. If you could take yours also that way we won't be cramped. I'll take my boat as well. Sundays only for you right?
  13. Cool. Glad you did well.
  14. I just came back from there myself. Only one small Lmb in 3 hrs on a yellow spinner bait. Oh well. It was my first of the year.
  15. Biggest I have ever caught out of Mill pond is 5 pounders. See if anyone can top that. No lies either LOL.
