Do you happen to have the parts number for the carpet? I would like to order some but want to help my BPS guys as I am sure they will be a little confused. LOL.

After a $1.00 investment in new washers and nyloc nuts the Heritage is back up and ready,

After looking at the bolts more closely, it isn't nylon showing on the bolts. It is the metal threads of the nuts. The bolts themselves look fine and they are Grade 5 bolts. I will pick up some new washers and nuts this evening and replace the bunk. I don't have the bottom plate but am hopeful that BPS or Tracker will replace it for me. But for now the Heritage will be back and ready for the water tonight.

That was my thought as well. Waiting to hear back from my local BPS. Pretty sure all I will just need the plate, bolts and nuts.

Not at hardly any speed at all … basically bumped the other one right around forward idle and bow drifted and bumped the other side and it popped.

So the giude bunks are supposed to just break away? I feel I didn't bump them enough to cause it. If they are I am going to be in trouble loading in wind I would be in trouble because they both would break away/

It is flared out on that corner that was shown. This pic kinda shows how it flares. I don't have that bottom plate … must be at the launch somewhere.

So they nyloc nut is supposed to give way like that? I had thought it was just to keep locked into place and there were still threads of the nut that holds to the boat. I don't have a lot of knowledge so am just asking to gain more info.

I got mine … I just submitted my serial number .. the cost of the TM at BPS and my sales order. Teflon tape but a couple threads look stripped to me as well.

Anyone have an issue with the side bunk nuts breaking off if the boat hits it when idling in to load on the trailer? I had my left one do that over the weekend. Front of the boat hit the right one … bounced to the left one heard a pop and the front of the boat ended up on the fender.

Got the electronics on the front of the boat all done and everything put back together, rod strap on the front deck and my lean seat is all in. Now on to the console. On the retractable straps. How well do they fit. I had heard the mounting area kind of makes the ratchet part not align nicely. My moon caps are comping off as well.

They did accept it. Just put in price of new Edge and submitted my sales order. It was for me … took a couple extra days for them to approve but they did.

$25 dollars is $25 dollars.

A little bit of information for you guys. I submitted my Minn Kota Edge for the Minn Kota rebate and was able to get a rebate of $25. I know it is not a lot but is something but between this one and the onboard charger rebate it paid for the 2 bank onboard charger.. Just went to their site and registered the Minn Kota SN and a copy of the boat order I had from BPS.
