  2. Been awhile since I have been on the forum but while channel surfing came on this show...logged on just to share with the other bassheads in the world but someone beat me too it. Pretty cool to see the "DOTTIE" story that I read on the forum here! chad can't wait for it to warm up here in NC!!! <=====>< looking for the 15lbr this summer!
  3. I seem to think that I catch the big ones on a full moon. I'll try to start tracking the catches with the cycle of the moon. I hadn't caught a big one until today which is a full moon. Chad
  4. wow. and I get mad when the neighboring farmer takes water out of the pond behind my house!
  5. My new favorite thing is GOOGLE EARTH!!! Yes you can find ponds you never knew exsisted! One is about 1/2 mile off the main road. Probably 10 acres or so and has been dammed up by beavers. HUGE trees line the shores. A friend and I have been 3 times now, I have caught nothing but some bluegill he has landed 4 3-4lbr's. Gonna try 2 ponds that are just out of eye sight by the house. I plan on going to the homes in front of the ponds and getting permission though chad

  7. I agree....I caught 2 big crappies' on 10-12 deep diving crank bait! Usually hook them on a small jig with a grub though.
  8. At least you had lots of beers!
