Yes I agree for the most part. The female sex is the one that dose it more for the fad/trend vs men. They think they look pretty. When I was in high school ten years ago. Funny you mention setting it. When i got my tattoo years ago. I told my guy that a guy at work wanted to punch it. After I got it. Yes I know the guy I worked with was joking. I just read the regulations book also. They must have changed that. So I will admit my mistake on that one. In my defence it use to be a rule. I live 20 miles from the boundary zone. So one year me and a buddy headed a few miles north, and I had to see were it started.
