I have confirmed reports of a fish kill on Garcia. Thousands of dead fish, including BASS to 7#s. The water that killed fish at the places you speak of, flows directly into Garcia, correct?

I agree with this George fellow. Go to Stick Marsh. Garcia had a pretty good fish kill according to the biologist I talked to. I will let you know if I hear anything else from my FWC contact.
