Caught fish on and off all day long. One of the biggest caught was 5lb 4 oz this morning and some smaller ones. Later this afternoon went back and caught another one 6lb 1 oz and some more 1 to 3 lbs. I had a blast today. All fish were released to be caught again. I just started fishing for bass about 6 months ago. Before all i fished for were monster cats and bream. Now im totally hooked on bass fishing. I have learned a ton from reading and gathering information on this great web site from a lot of very good bass fisherman. Thanks to all for the great info couldnt have done it without you all. Just wanted to share this with everyone. Its costly found that out but worth every penny. Here are some pics from today not bad due east wind 10 to 20

I hook them through the bottom lip through the nose hole found this to be the best in hook setting since most fish swallow bait fish head first. Been fishing for big cats for 25 years use to hook them in the back but found through the lip and the nose is the most effective. Biggest cat 58 lbs.

I recently purchased this boat from a one owner guy throught craiglist for $ 5900.00 1996 STRATOS 201 PRO XL EVINRUDE 200 VINDICATOR Boat is tournament ready. Owner had a file folder with every record of service done on the motor and boat since he bought it new until i purchased it from him. Serviced every spring. Boat runs excellent. 76 mph with 2 people. Always covered or in storage. I think i got a good deal. Just wanted to share this. Craigslist seems to be a good place to purchase one owner deals. Here is a list of what the boat has: Guest 3 bank onboard charger, 3 batteries 1 year old, X65 Lowrance X70 Lowrance, Motorguide 71 thrust 24v 1 year old, jackplate, 4 blade renegade prop, trim on steering, hotfoot, new bearings trailer, 3 pratically new goodyear tires for trailer, boat cover, tri pod ski pole and 2 stratos life vests.
