Braid questions for drop-shot
I live on the st-lawrence and drop shot quite a bit. I recently got back into fishing and went right back to what I knew. The braid is Powerpro moss green 30lb. The Fluorocarbon is Seaguar Tatsu 8lb if I see the bottom or 10lb if I dont. I always go with 8-10ft of leader and will change when its less than 5ft. I never had a issue. After every 5 fish or so I make sure that Fluo has no nicks. I copied this setup from fishing with a FLW pro on lake Erie.

Biodegradable plastics?
Been out of the loop for a bit and getting back at it. I was wondering if there were any companies making plastics like Tubes, Ika's, Senkos & flipping craws... that were biodegradable. Given all the changes going on that are pro environment I would think someone would get ahead of the curve and make a high quality biodegradable option. Thanks,

Fishing line - After 6 years
Started fishing again after 6 years. So i'm crazy happy. I unboxed my rods and reels and they were spooled from when I boxed em up. Mostly PowerPro (30lb - 60lb) with either Fluorocarbon or Mono leaders. Should I respool all 12 reels? Is the line on my old spools still good? Is the line that's still in its original packaging still good?

Nosler M48 Rifles
I currently have a Sako 85 " Grey Wolf " 270 WSM which is about the same amount of money. So its not the money that bothers me its the fact that they are only available through custom orders and I cant get my hands on one.

Lake Erie Guides
Simon Frost is the best guide on Erie. I fish with him every year. He is always on Facts of fishing, he has been on Jp Derose and he finished 2nd on lake erie last year at the FLW. If hes not available the next best would be Gaspar Constabile.
