Lucky Craft Gunfish and buzzbaits. Square bill and traps. Texas rigged plastics. I like throwing spinners and chatterbaits too but a lot of times I remove the skirt and add a fluke or paddle tail of some kind.

I bought an Ardent Tournament reel in the lefty retrieve model to use for pitchin and flipping. I can't get the line to stop piling up on the left side of the reel. Never had this issue before so I don't think it's me but I guess it could be. Reel works fine otherwise. Anyone have any experience with this particular model or have any idea what might be going wrong?

I've been using one of my old reels for pitching but she is old and tired and I need to upgrade. What reel do u guys use for pitching? I've heard several people say Diawa reels with "twitching bars" work well. What do u think?
