They are great for pike. Not so great for bass.

I find if you try to starve the bait monkey he just gets mean and sneaky. However if you feed him small portions on a regular basis he is much easier to deal with.

I like Mepps Aglia and Black Fury sizes 3, 4, and 5.

A craw colored Wiggle Wart for smallies and a Senko for the largemouths.
