A question for non-boater tourney anglers.
I usually bring 6 rods with me on tournament days. You really want to make sure you stay organized, like other guys said before. I have brought 8 before and touch all of them during the day at some point. I think you should stack ur rods according to how your day or pattern will go. This will keep your first choice at the top while c-rigs, jigs, etc, will be ready after you have done ur early morning cast. I have a bag with everything in it. I try to keep it clean and stocked right. I am 270 so my boaters usually dont say anything...LOL. I am also 6'6 so I might not look like a jalardo! 8-)

How to figure payout percentages?
There is a program called Tournament Keeper V6. Google it and download the free trial. You can list how many places you want to pay back, it will do pairings if need be, and much more. I am using it for my tournament. I think it will help you out also.

Lake Logan Martin
Thanks for the info. I fished this weekend and threw a white shad rap and caught one. Bad thing is he pulled the rear treble out and got away. They were all over the baby brush hog on Saturday but after that, I could not figure them out. Anyway, thanks.

I will be on Logan Martin in Pell City, Al, this weekend. I wanted to know if anyone has suggestions or insight to how to fish the lake in this chilly weather?
