    I have had a lot of luck on some watermelon tubes. That is my goto bait if nothing else is biting. I went out on a river right next to me & i caught several over 3lbs. on that tube in the back creeks & streams.

    right now i'm on fall break & i fish every day for a few hrs. but when i'm in school i usually fish 3-4 times a week.
