I have a Berkley lightning rod medium action i have been using it in the lily pads but i recently had two 4lb fish get off two or three feet from the boat is medium too light if so how do I get the same casting distance with a heavier action thanks

I posted the lilypad topic. try some of the tips but there is coontail on the bottom so i can't use a jig or a worm. and it's to cold for frogs and buzz baits any tips on what lure to use.

What lures should I use on cloudy days

Triple rattle back watermelon orange or blue black. for a trailer a swiminn chunk works well

Well I'm not sur but I know there is a lot of shells and clams on the bottom could that do it

I have been checking for frays but i do forget it just broke You could tell it just snapped in open water on about a 14 inch fish So that's why I was going to use sufix :-/
