  1. Is this common? I've been thinking about this quite a bit as I think towards getting my first baitcaster. It's totally what I'm planning on doing. I'm right handed, but somewhat ambidextrous and prefer to do some things with my left hand - reeling is one of them. all my spinning reels are left handed but when it comes to my casting gear its all right hand retrieve. it just feels more comfortable to me but everyone is differant.
  2. ok so im in the market for a flipping stick , ive have mostly st croix rods but am willing to go to other rods companies and really am looking for suggestons from everyone on a new rod.im looking to spend upto $200. kelly

  12. awesome job.. i too like my code, not a favorite of mine but it works well, i do how ever love my energy. if i had to do it all over again i would just save the money and move up the the energy over the code.
  13. to be honest i really like my code but if i was to do it all over again i would spend a little more and upgrade tyo the energy, it casts a lot better then the code and is just smoother. but all in all there is nothing wrong with the code its a good cheap reel.
  14. i really like my energy reel, i got the 7.1 and am very happy
