    Just so you all know our congressmen in office now HAD NOTHING to do with this grant. These are the Pittman Robertson Act funds that the state receives every year since the 1970's from the federal excise taxes you pay when you buy hunting and fishing gear. It just burns me up to see someone trying to take credit for something they had nothing to do with. Jack Reed was still pedaling his bicycle when the grant became federal law.
