Uhh u donated a reel to charity?not to be rude and thats very generous of you,but how would that do in a charity?did u sell it?or did they? You do understand what charities are , don't you ? You donate items and they in turn either sell the item or give it to people that it would benefit the most. Hope this helps you out.

Put split rings on it if there are none and new hooks also but they don't have to be red , just a good quality hook.
