I really like chatterbaits. You can use them alot of different ways, I like to bang them off cover.The white with gold blade is my favorite.

I got a kit of these for Christmas. They are two different sizes, but does anyone know the weight? It is the shad kit.

I like to use the 4.5" on the back of a brown and orange jig. I have caught alot of nice fish that way.

Is there anything I could use (bondo?) to rebuild that small chunk?

Good point. Is it hard to put a reel seat on? Could I zip tie the reel to the rod? The rod is part of a Bill Dance Quantum combo, so its not worth putting alot of money into it.

What's the reason I shouldn't epoxy the reel to the rod? Would it kill the sensitivity?

I broke a chunk out of the side of my reel seat on a brand new rod. The reel still stays put when I am practicing, but I am afraid it will fall off when I am fighting a big un. Can I epoxy the reel in? Is there anything I can rebuild the side with? Any suggestions would be helpful as I can't really afford a new stick. Thanks!

Wondering which setup I should add to my aresenol. Here's what I got: 7' MH Bill Dance Quantum Combo (Pitchin) 6'6" M Bass Pro Extreme Combo (Crankbaits) I have one more reel, but a couple of rod choices. I have a 6' M Quantum, 6'9" MH Quantum, and a 5'6" MH pistol grip Quantum. I also have two quality spinning outfits, so thats not an issue.
