    Hi guys. I just got a Lowrance Hook Reveal Tripleshot fish finder which comes with the long transducer. What is the best place to mount it? I don't think I want to mount it on the front trolling motor. I sometimes have a gas motor in the back too. See the attached photo. I think this is where I want to mount it, unless you think it would be better to mount just to the right side of that livewell drain that you can see in the photo. Thanks for any input.

    Hi guys. I have an old marine battery that seems to be dying. I'm looking for a new one to run my 28lb Minkota trolling motor on my 10 foot bass raider pontoon boat. Any suggestions on which one to get without spending hundreds? Also, I use a basic battery tender on it. Is there something I should get that will increase the life of the battery like a maintainer, more than just one of those batter tenders? Thanks.
