All of those are great suggestions and will work, Sometimes.With my son i had to always guess what would keep him occupied.Hes going on 8 now and his attention span is still short but if the blue gil are bighting or i can catch fish and let him reel it in. toys, worms, and even chasing minnows along th shore.Also if you have crayfish they seem to be occuppied for hours catchin them.Good luck
  2. As long as its one or two ok I personally dont.. I like to after ward while in camp or maybe the night before a tourny have a few esspecially if its hot...Wich is like every day in AZ....
  3. I dont think there is a too shallow i have caught some small bass in less than a foot of water on pop r's. I would try it...... Good Luck

I have been in quite a few local tourneys and not an expert on the subject of fishing but i belive in what i know..When i was growing up i idolized Bill dance,Rolland Martin ect and i never really had any concept of what sponsors expected from you..In my mind it was you are the greatest and the sponsors flocked to your door.Then i had always wanted sponsors i thought it was a free ride,well now several years later and talking to people in bass fishing and other sports i have a better understanding of what sponsorship is all about.. I love to fish and would love it as a full time job, I dont think i would want the pressure to over come the Passion.....

  7. that is typical of wal mart employees......I dont know how many times i am in there and random people ask me questions.What makes it better is when an assotiate tells them one thing and i provide clear or better info..Esspecially in there sporting goods section.. I may not know it all and tell them if i dont but what i know i am willing to share
  8. I actual live in Safford i moved from the tucson area Patagonia lake is east of Nogals is real good..I would recomend San Carlos lake on the Res. A lot of guys i work with go and they have been Catchin a lot of bass and crappie. The bite has slowed since the spawn but is still real good..You can get a permite to fish there for $11.00 a day...

  10. Just stoppin by to say hey from SE AZ...I am an advid hunter and fisherman..Bass fishing is my favorite but also enjoy cats and trout..
