i want to go out fishing but i was wondering if the fish have moved to the deep yet? i dont do a lot of deep fishing so i was hoping they were still somewhat shallow. does ne one have any good tips for deep fishing?

Shelby towmship? really i have some friends that live dow there! umm well its 2 hours from my house to lake orion so some where in the middle would be either midland or saginaw area! umm a couple good lakes that ive been on are wixom and sanford lake! they have some huge smallies. i can go probly either thursdays or fridays would be best for me then since u cant go on the weekends. if we are going to go we should go soon cuz i kno up here they are taking the docks out of the water now. u have a bass boat right? just let me kno a date and roughly a time!

hey i live in central michigan and when i go i thro a white spinner bait along the banks early in the morning or on a overcast day. and i kill em! a few years ago at this time, i was in the nbaa tournement and we had a tourny on wixom lake in michigan and my partner and i started throwing a white 3/8 oz. spinner with 1 gold willow leaf and 1 silver colorado blade shallow and we were getting fish about every other cast! we caught 4 4+pound smallies along sea walls and where the bank drops off with grass 4-6 feet off from the bank. but once the sun came up and it started to warm up the were gone! try it out and let me kno how it works for ya!

hey i fish a river in michigan and i always fish the little holes along the bank, but in the middle of the river there is long stringy weeds! would that work the same way?

Does anybody want to go fishing? i want to go fishing in the fall but i do not have a boat, but am will to drive up to an hour away. i live in gladwin so anywhere around me will be fine or if you have a good lake that will work too!

I live in Michigan and my friend and I fish shallow. We r going to join a Bass club this coming spring and we need to learn how to fish deep as well to help our fishing techniques. Do any of u have good info for us? What lures are the best? The fishing time will be in the early to late summer, just keep that in mind. thanks

I live in Michigan and i was wondering when the large mouth bass start to move to the deeper water? When they do, where do they go and what it the best lures to use? Since I live in Michigan the rivers get really cold. When the water temp gets pretty cold. does the small mouth stay in the shallows or do they move into the deeper holes in the river? And do I use the same lures? I live by a little river and they killed a green pumpkin tube. but i have went back to that river recently and have only caught 2 small ones! Do I need to change lures or just the colors?

I have fished with a frog all this summer and i wanted to know how i get the bigger bass up and out of the lily pads with out loosing them?
