I ventured out yesterday in the lake for the first time in 25 years. It was very windy from the north-east and i caught 1 small bass on a crankbait. I live only a few miles from the lake and am just getting back into bassin. I have been to Diascund twice and not even a strike. I plan on fishing the local reservoirs and would appreciate any help. I did enjoy just being on the lake yesterday and will be back. Also enjoy this forum! Look forward to more local info.

I have fished Diascund two days and never caught a fish. I fished worms, crank baits and spinner baits. This is the first time there in 25 years. Is Diascund overfished and am i wasting my time going there. Just started back bass fishing. :-/ :-/

I live in New Kent county and am new to this forum. I am looking forward to reading all the input from the local Va bassers. I used to bass fish alot but had to give it up for a few years. Just bought a boat and rigging it for bassin and will fish most of the reservoir local to the area. Would appreciate any help eith Diascund, Little Creek, Waller Mill, Beaver Dam and Chick lake.
