  1. It is really easy, I have been making my own tubes, lizards, and beavers now for about four months. You need to find something to do to keep busy during the non fishing months up here in VT. The only thing with reheating old plastics is the odor. For some reason when you reheat old plastics, made originally by a name brand, the odor tends to be much worse than when you are just making them from scratch, so make sure you are in a well ventilated area. Reheating old plastics also requires a much hotter temperature to be ready to pour than new plastic out of the bottle. Feel free to ask me any questions, as I have made all the errors and am now pretty good at it.
  2. Are there any two sided beaver molds out there. I ordered one from lure craft but they are flat on one side and I would like to find a mold that is not.
  3. Next time you bring your boat in to have anything done, even just something little like a new filter, just ask them to check the hours on your engine, they will almost always do it for free as long as your boat is there getting something done anyhow.
  4. I am trying to decide between the two and planning on buying in the next two months. Thought you all may be able to help with my decision. Also wondering the best way to get rid of 2003 Nitro 929 that I owe 22,000 on, trade in or personal sale.
