    After looking for 15 plus years I found one just one on eBay for 1999. It came to $27.80 with tax and shipping. I cannot believe I even found one.

    I got lucky and found one (just one) yesterday after looking on and off for 15 years easily. On eBay $19.99. it was $27.80 with tax and shipping. I ordered it so I'll see you when it gets here.
