Broken this spinnerbait, got it from an old friend who can't remember what it is or where to find them, anyone know?

Looks like a Bomber spinnerbait. Seems like that company does not do spinnerbaits anymore, just crankbaits.

Did it have one or two hammered nickel Colorado blades?

Looks pretty generic to me - should be able to easily duplicate if you can track down the skirt...

It had 2 hammered willow blades (they are at the bottom of ky lake now)

Very easy one to duplicate yourself. 

If it had a closed line tie, I'd venture to say it's a Bomber. Head shape and heavy wire look almost identical to the two I still use for pike. The lower arm is longer than the top one by over an inch. As mentioned, they no longer produce them. 

My bombers don't have eyes, just blank heads. I think it looks like a Hart brand spinnerbait. Sexy Shad skirt..

May be an old strike king, with a newer skirt.

It's a standard bullet head, probably .040 wire so as some have already said....somewhat generic.  Any good custom tackle shop could make you some.  Start with Siebert Outdoors. 

Nichols spinnerbaits look similar

I have a couple of old Whopper Stopper spinnerbaits with a head similar to that one.

could be a old strike king, or a hogsticker, old roland martin big bass spinnerbaits had that same head design as well,.I think they were actually a blue fox lure. Could be anything as some of the tacklemaking sites have a generic spinnerbait offered thats the same look, as that one.

Going to agree with "hamma" on the Roland Martin Big Bass spinnerbait by Blue Fox. I had a few back in the day and the head design is the same as well as the eye. It looks like it to me.

There are a few on that auction site. Take a peek and compare.

If I remember correctly, The Roland Martin Big Bass spinnerbait had the Blue Fox logo and the words "Roland Martin" and "Big Bass" inscribed on the willow leaf spinner blade.

Kentucky lake in the fall and a broke spinnerbait.  Sounds like your having fun. 

Older Strike King. If you like that style head Nichols make a excellent spinner bait with a similar design head.

Take a look at the terminator Ti spinetbaits. 3/8 and 1/2 oz. they're well made and catch bass.

Yes, the regular nickle plated blades did have that logo, but they did offer some hammered blades that didnt have any inscription at all. I probably have a few still kickin around in my "extra's" totes out in the shed. One of the reasons I liked those baits (other than their fish appeal) is they had a snap on the blades swivel so you could switch out the main blade. Which I would swap a few with a large painted blade for cloudy/dark days,.... and they sure didn't disappoint. They did really attract some big bass.

Thanks for the help everyone, I believe that it is an old blue fox spinnerbait, found some on ebay, probably going to order a few tonight. I have tried replicating it, but I haven't been able to get the same feel by doing so.

After looking for 15 plus years I found one just one on eBay for 1999. It came to $27.80 with tax and shipping. I cannot believe I even found one.
