You got that right! Got to find the right lighting....then get the bait on a surface where the clearcoat doesn't reflect......then if you have a color change paint....its virtually impossible to catch it just right......its an art to take the perfect pic

    Very nice work there.
  19. Marc, to get a cool 3-D type effect with the fin is to shoot a darker color.....say transparent gray. Then go over that with a contrasting color such as pearl gold.......now comes the trick...... when you shoot the gray.....don't fill in completely. Just shoot around the bottom of the stencil and edges. Darken the fin at the front where it is attached to the fish a little more than anything else. Then shoot the gold or whatever color you pick out to contrast in the center and it gives a cool effect.
  20. bog and predator both make some nice eyes.
  21. If you guys remember correctly....Takahiro Omori used a bagley balsa b to catch 3 fish on the final day to win his classic trophy.
  22. 30lb test should do fine
  23. Yeah, demo the reel for yourself and see what you think. I think tackletour is a little biased on some things
  24. I have 8 of the citica e reels and they do very well. I don't think that you would be disappointed with them. If you look on ebay you can find them priced in the $95 range new
