They have them for $69 online and on clearance. Too bad it isn't the $49!

Kayak Bass Fishing!
The anchor pin I have is also heavy, and I wondered after I watched the video again, the same thing. But sometimes I've had to "feel around" the bottom with the pin to find a sufficient spot for it to "stick" in. Still a great idea he's got there.

Help With Kayak Net
You have a lot of options here. Trout nets are excellent size for yaks, but sometimes you want a longer reach...a longer trout net would work great. http://fishpondusa.com/makes amazing carbon fiber nets. If I could afford one, I would own one, LOL. Leverage landing nets are excellent though pricey. I've lost a few folding nets to Davy Jones' Locker, but I like them, they're convenient. Lately I've been using a simple aluminum net that floats. Costs like $6-9 at places like Dick's and Walmart. Not painful if they're lost.

Transporting A Kayak?
Yes, you can strap to your handle. Just enough to keep it tight, not to pull the handle out of the yak. That would be too tight.

Who Here Sprays Scent Into Their Bags Of Plastics?
I've done it before, but not in a looong time. Only put scent on occasionally, not all the time anymore.

Kayak Bass Fishing!
Thats a nice bit of engineering. Still has the issue of the stick being straight up and, IMO, in the way of low hanging branches, etc. All depends on where you go. Excellent idea. For me, I'm not sure how much it would work as a lot of areas I have to shove the stick into mud or hard packed sand in order to get a grip. Either way, kudos to the inventor.

Kayak Bass Fishing!
Expensive, yes. My main issue with them is that you cannot fold down the unit so it isn't vertical. Major problem when going through areas with low hanging trees, etc. Would be great if they could integrate either an automatic (more expense) folding mechanism, or a manual folding mechanism.

Looks very good. Nicely rigged yak.

Kayak Bass Fishing!
The new Lure yaks are definitely nice. Very tempting if I were in the market today. They do the wheel-in-the-keel right as far as I've seen.

Punching?
I believe it is the opposite - pitching is for longer distance, flipping is more precise... at least this is what I always understood it to be. http://www.bassresource.com/fish/flip-pitch.html

Bps Stick-O Sale...
Only thing I don't like about the kits is the color selection. So I make my own out of my fav colors and sizes. Agree that Stick-Os are excellent replacements for the GYCB Senko. I fish them the majority of the time for the past few years.

Traditional Vs. Wacky...8:1 Results
I've caught my biggest bass on wacky rigs in the reservoirs I fish. Have had plenty of success on the TRig, and caught plenty of big bass on it, but wacky has been more productive for me. It is odd how that plays out.

Sunglasses
The way to solve this is to try glasses on locally and buy from a reputable seller online. I bought my Costas this way and saved quite a bit. Yes, they're legit Costas, not knock-offs. Gotta be a "legit" seller.
