  1. Awesome job! The boat looks great! I'm hoping mine turns out half as nice. WTG and good luck this year out on the water with your practically new boat.
  2. Thanx guys for all the input. I'm thinking of picking up the cranking one also.
  3. I like the Avid. A friend I fish with has one and I used it for one trip. I still liked my carrot stick better. I just trying to save some cash. I've caught bass over 6lbs on both and they both performed excellent. Thanx for the info
  4. I just picked up one of these in the Spinnerbait 7' mh fast action. I used to have a St. Croix Triumph with the same specs and I loved it. I was just wondering if anybody else has had or has one of these and how they like it? I also have a couple e21 carrot stix that I love. I'm thinking of picking up a new spinning rod. Should I go with the St. Croix or Carrot Stix? Lend me your opinion. Thanx :

  6. I fish here regularly and have had great success. Here's a tip, stay deep and avoid the shorelines here. The shorelines are sandy and there is limited cover. I've caught numerous bass over 5+ lbs on jig-n-pigs and senkos. Stick to natural colors (black,black/blue,watermelonseed etc..) I also live approx 2 miles away so chances are you'll see me out there. Good Luck and tight lines!
