Awesome job! The boat looks great! I'm hoping mine turns out half as nice. WTG and good luck this year out on the water with your practically new boat.
I like the Avid. A friend I fish with has one and I used it for one trip. I still liked my carrot stick better. I just trying to save some cash. I've caught bass over 6lbs on both and they both performed excellent. Thanx for the info
I just picked up one of these in the Spinnerbait 7' mh fast action. I used to have a St. Croix Triumph with the same specs and I loved it. I was just wondering if anybody else has had or has one of these and how they like it? I also have a couple e21 carrot stix that I love. I'm thinking of picking up a new spinning rod. Should I go with the St. Croix or Carrot Stix? Lend me your opinion. Thanx :
I fish here regularly and have had great success. Here's a tip, stay deep and avoid the shorelines here. The shorelines are sandy and there is limited cover. I've caught numerous bass over 5+ lbs on jig-n-pigs and senkos. Stick to natural colors (black,black/blue,watermelonseed etc..) I also live approx 2 miles away so chances are you'll see me out there. Good Luck and tight lines!
