  1. Northstar flip and swim. Save your money and get them.
  2. Some new jigs I made. Still have to glue the weed guards in.
  3. Northstar is where I bought mine from before I starting making my own. Chris will leave the weed guards out also if you ask him. Way easier to tie if they are not in. I know Siebert Outdoors would also be able to help you out. Never used them before but have seen his work and it is quality also. Hope this helps
  4. Barlows carries Teflon base pins that you can put in the weedguard hole. They are $2.39 for 10 or 100 for $17.89. You can paint and bake with them in and scrape the paint off when your done. You can also just leave the medal base pin in that the mold came with. As far as the eyelet filling with paint, do yourself a favor and build or buy a fluid bed. That really helps with even coating your jigs and does not let paint build up on the eyelet. Hope this helps.
  5. Let Chris know. He has the best customer service out there! Although I have never had a problem with his products I know he would make it right.
  6. Did you flux your lead before you started pouring? If you didnt that causes your pot to get clogged which pours slower and cools down and creates air pockets while you pour. Another thing you should do is smoke the mold with a candle. I also heat my hooks @ 250 degrees for 10min before pouring. Hope this helps
