i live on norfork lake, in missouri. this time of year {very low water} i find a lot of cranks. a few are beyond repair, but alot just need a new paint & hooks & hardware. i think i will take a stab at repainting & repairing. i do have one question, is ther a way to fix yellowed bills? {bleach, toulene}? thanx, :-/
