They were saying at the meeting that there were reasons behind this, wouldn't say what they were but, also sucks that the first 2 are only 2 weeks apart. Whoever is on fish for the first one.......probably gonna be around alot of boats for the second, ya think?

fishing co-angler is the reason I got a boat. I had 4 very similar experiences. All very nice guys, not as bad of rigs but 4 guys who had no idea where they were going or what they were doing, once all day in the river, once all day in the rim canal..... but I agree your boat is plenty and the tournys are very well run except they only bring I think 30 bags but shooting the b.s. in the line sometimes can be half the fun depending on who your around. Who is fishing Goblins? Like to meet some of you guys. Finally met Gartracker on the road as funny as that is.

Friend of a friend caught 32 in gerrards about 300 yards from where I fished. Starting to hate that lake. Last 2 weekends catching numbers was easy, even that became hard this weekend. Whole west side of lake was pounded all week. On a side note there was a head on collision in the trail going north of uncle joes, Brandon got hit head on, heard he was ok but be careful that trail is real twisty and people drive like idiots through there!

Fished it, bombed, lake turned to crap last 3 days. Only took 14 lbs to make cut. I only had 4 lb and didnt weigh. Was wrong about top ten, it is a percent. If i had known that i would have gone to pelican but went up north chasing big ones and struck out

pretty sure its top ten no matter how many boats, and after talking to about 20 people on the water last weekend catching what I was catching I think the number of boats will be down around the 160 range. Normally get full field of 200 there but even if you catch a good one now they do not seem to be grouped up. Still I think you will need 24 or more to make top 10. Too many good sticks on that lake.

I went up yesterday and went to west wall and had water on my fron deck trolling into waves so i just flipped all the grass around entrance to coot bay, 2 big schools busted right in the mouth of entrance but I could only manage 2 little ones. Did get one nice 6lber but that was about it. Talked to 2 different people I believe saying they have caught fish on beds full of eggs?

Tom Mann posted a pig on Facebook yesterday and he generally doesn't stray to far from clewiston, there coming! Weights haven't been up but some 9 and 8 lbers been weighed last couple weeks, anyone wanna help me find them lol?

Trying to find something for bfl also, they have to spray where I was fishing though its totally outta control. Hear pahoke rocks have been good just to hard to count on if the wind picks up gets really tough over there. If I find something Ill report back

Went up to Harny Pond, have a house close by, and fished friday afternoon, sat sun up till around 1ish and sunday sun up till round 2....very little to show for it. I fished just in that general area all weekend because the lake had seemed like 2 footers all weekend and didnt want to deal with them and there is hydrilla and hyacith everywhere.....EVERYWHERE! Unless you take a back way you can barely even get into the monkey box...checked a spot a little further north where we caught em a couple of weeks ago and it is all choked out with hydrilla. I punched and punched around the north shore and maybe caught 20 fish all weekend. Had my buddy in the boat sunday who is well versed in the area and the technique, he caught 5 fish with one about 6 pounds all 1 hour before we left. I know there was a club tourny outta the north end with about 20 boats and 18 won with 13something getting a check. If anyone knows what won at the bass busters this weekend please share. I know slimms last weekend was only 18 something also....ITS TOUGH up there! Hope your luck is better than mine!

Fished slims tourny sunday, had 12lbs, dont know what won. I do know that Carmens tourny sat was won with 22something with 21something 2nd. Weights are def way down up there.

Have you been catching over ther hawg tech? the guys that towed me in said they had been doing pretty well over there. Yeah its crazy, just got estimate back, def. hit something, drive shaft was broke in half. Are there rocks over there? I was between the channel and west side of rita? thought i knew most of the dangerous areas. If your on the west side of rita heading toward east wall be careful coming outta there. Only happen to me at 16' above sea level!

don't let anyone tell you that you can run anywhere with the high levels. Fished busters sat and hit something just south of bare beach and lower unit gone. probably 2 weeks or more between insurance and getting parts and blah blah blah.

Yeah i like the tourny, dont like the night before meeting but whatever, Its funny cause i saw you wipping down your boat as we pulled out and told Bryan we needed to stop and say high but I had a flat on my trailer of my boat back at the house and we were trying to get there before it rained. I herd last month they had like 50 boats and had i think 38 sat, good turn out at 100 a head, we won 500 pretty good.

Fished Gerrards tourny outta the north end sat. came in second with 22-02. Only got to fish till about noon when lightning chased us off the water. Fishing was pretty tough we were just lucky enough to find a few good fish, had one 6.43 and 2 more around 5 a piece. Second tourny I have fished with a buddy of mine where we had some good fish and had to come in outta the storms early, hate summer fishing.

Me to chobee, dont know them but they fish carmens tourneys if i see em ill tell em. I sunk a boat out there and had to be air lifted out by coast gaurd, of coarse my fault, but yeah this had me in a daze for a few days, the guy at Rolands told me his boat was in for repair, so sorry for your loss. prayers for you and his family

He got hit between east wall and coot bay heading in. We were fishing Carmen's tourney and was there bout 20 min before, we had 24+ by 11 and my buddy said I ain't staying here lets go and I didn't want to but didn't complain. The gentleman saw the storm and was on plane running full blast and was struck in the head! Talked to a guy who was right there, he went over to the boat and passenger was knocked out but driver was hit directly, said wished he never seen it. Said boat just stopped dead in its tracks. Passenger is a paramedic and started CPR but nothing they could do. My mind has been blown for the past day and a half, how crazy is that, probably running 55 or better and .....wow! Same day as last year round same time. Know quite a few people who stayed out, it only takes one, can't be to careful, they were heading in! Thoughts and prayers with his family P.s. even more insanity, his boat was at anglers for repairs or he might not have even been there! This is soo insane
