What were the weights for gambler sunday? what did you guys here weigh?

No i spent to much money practicing and fishing bfl, and still had nothing i was confident in so i bailed. Thought i might see you on water sat but i guess you were further north than i was, sooner or later we need to hook up

Little over 12lbs cashed a check in Bfl sat, 200 boats. Tough fishing up there

Fished Bfl sat 6.7 and that was a limit and culled twice....lol. Tough fishing only 2 bags over 20lb in 200 boats. Go to j&s rob? Was going over there for Bfl sat but at launch lake was pretty rough would have taken me close to 2 hours to get there and didn't know how rough it would be in afternoon so stayed on north shore. Left there to early and went flipping mats with no luck. Mikeyballz had 19 something and was top 5 with only 4 fish, knew where he was fishing but seemed wrong to go there. Tough day, was gonna fish gambler tourney sun but had no idea where to go.

Fished it with my 18 year old son and we only had 9lb, had a problem with batterys dying so only fished till 12. Buddy i normally fish with fished with another guide friend and they came in 5th with 16.8lb, said he caught 6.8lber where i was in the am, oh well. They are starting to move in just dnt think they are on the north shore like they normally are this time of year, heard there were atleast 30 boats up there. Buddy that came in 5th said they caught em flipping mats just not on north shore. Where he caught his I didnt see any beds but my guess is that they are starting to stage getting ready. By the time BFL comes around weights will be way up.

Fished the Christian tourny sat up north with buddy who lives in lake port, went to J&S saw a ton of beds, caught a male on bed, and three others pissin but no big girls. Missed one guess about 6 or so and caught a 3 full of eggs, but only had about 9 pounds. 60 boat field and think a little over 18 won with 10.8 getting a check. Didnt go to weigh in and stayed out till dark, fishing with a very accomplished lake O guide and fisherman, caught maybe 15 fish all day. Went to North Shore for about 4 hours sunday morning and flipped every hyacin mat i could in that time without a bite. Anyone heard anything else?

Wanted to fish carmens tourny last week but woke up late, so just fished for about 6 hours with little to show for it....Went again Sunday outta slims and fished almost all day in and around long point, got more chews but still little quality, would have weighed about 12 pounds. I think they are still on the outter edges but every weekend the wind is blowing like 20mph and just dont wanna deal with it. Ran into mikey ballz at the ramp on sunday and on the lake, he had the same experience, told me took 24 and change to win busters sun but i heard 4th was only around 12 pounds.....dont know about sunday. If anyone has anymore insight would love to hear it. Uncle coming down for thanks giving and wants to fish in the new boat but just thinking of going to the glades with the kinda fish im catching up there. Any suggestions would be greatly app.

Nice fish! Can confirm tourny was sunday, drove all the way to clewiston to fish to find out boat didnt charge for a stupid reason i will keep to myself, so turned and drove all the way back home. It as the last one they will do this year and all the big lake guys were out, surman was there mcmillans so i woulod be interested to see what the weights were as I heard some of them talking in the bait shop saying they werent on anything special. Anyone know where to find results?

Didnt get to go today ended up working but heading to either slims or clewiston early am, any info on better general area would be greatly apprec.

Wish i was on them, havent caught anything over 3.8 pounds since i picked up the new boat, but the last three weekends have been probably the worst 3 weekends to fish all year, 20plus winds and bright blue skys. Really just been trying to learn my way around all the trails on se side though. Thanks for the info on the tournys. Anyone fishing up there this weekend? I'll be there sat and sun if anyone sees a grey and blue phoenix say hi. Think carmen goes outta slims right?

Want info on local tournys outta lake o, have heard there is one at slims every month, heard of a couple more but wanna know whens and wheres if possible. Thanks

Launched from outside but alot of people had to lock anyway, we fished sun up to sun down sat with nothing, decided to fish it anyways figuring weights would be down, fished south and caught 100 fish but nothing over three pounds. Guy who won also won last bfl, buddy i fished with roomed with him at bfl regional at seminole and talked to him, said he wasnt on same fish as bfl but was south and he saw us several times, go figure. He was flipping.

Fished sun from sun up till 3pm started on west wall worked up to north shore and places in between with same results. Was 3 tourneys going on and heard of a double digit but also heard alot of 12 to 15lb sacks. Big sacks past 2 weekends have been there but very few. Couple people will hit em at the right time and area but everyone else is just fishing. Think alot of people will be there sat and if they find them will enter tourney sunday.

couldn't be more jealous. Gonna have to go out with some of you guys to lox one time never been there.

Went out of clewiston with new boat on sunday, caught some fish but nothing to take pictures of. Bounced around from north to south. Met Capt Shane stiing in the lock. Think i was more into running the new boat than i was fishing. Talked to a few guys fishing florida bass fed. tourny and no one was catching anything big. Think 24 pounds was biggest i heard with a lot of little bags mixed in. Think they are still waiting to come in.
