Whats up guys? its been a while!!! I was wanting your opinion on where Shimano is heading.....ive heard so bad things! Anyways, just last year i went all Shimano and i just need some assurance they are the same Brand they always have been......after 2,500$ plus they better be!! i just ordered 2 cumaras 7'4" heavy fast jig rods...as anyone used them for c-rigging or anything other than jigs? thanks guys!

Got started aroud 7am at a 15 acre pond near my house.......cought several on a sammy and when that died off i stated catching them on lipless cranks and a scrounger with a bps shadee shad......a few on a tube too. All in all a good day numbers wise.:...around 30 dinks and a few in the 3-4lbs range...

I would agree eith ghogan...i live around the corner poplar tree and persol.... tons of fish not much size, but u can catch a fish on just about every limb or bush insight

So far this year for me its been 1/16 oz. Flickin shimmy head with a bama bug zoom trick worm or finesse worm

I read that you could wrap putters tape or suspend strips between the 1st guide and rod tip.......its suppose to help load the rod better...i havent tried it but im thinking about doing it on a rod for small jerkbaits and cranks

I agree......ive cought a ton reeling jigs in to make another cast

I absolutly love them......they work on both tube types......i can only get them in 3/0 here in memphis, i think thats the largest size our bps carries but they are great...but expensive

I was fishing my first night tournament at pickwick.....hadent had a bite all night then all of a sudden i felt... tap,tap........so i set the hook on what feels like a really nice fish.....onley to see at the boat that my nice bass was a peice of flat shelf rock.....very embarassing

Right now im using a falcon boocu 6'10 med action.....it works great for me

i bought 4 of these reels and i have to say that im not inpressed at all.......With cast control on free and the other nobs so loose it almost falls off it still wont cast farther that 60 feet or so. i cant figure it out, and ive never had a problem out of bps reels before
