havent seen many post latley from our area...just wanted to know how yall fishing was going...

yea i was worried about all the wood...but the onley wood was in the floor....and i replaced it 2 days after i bought it....Its a 79, but after all the work ive done...new casting deck, carpet, seats.....people swear its from the early 90s

haha...yea they are still a great value...and when i compare them in stores to other rods 3 times there price, i believe there ever bit as sensitive....also to everyone out there...if you have any for sale...please pm me

yes ive seen them and picked them up and wanted to buy about 12 of them.....haha...if i start hearing good reviews about them i may be saying goodbuy to all my allstar rods..

i have absolutly fallen in LOVE with red eye shads....but i hate the over used, over hyped sexy shad color...it was hot for a while....but mabey i just got burnt out on them.....thats my goto rattle bait of choice. I Have other brands, but they seem to put out the most vibration of any that i own.

im just lost...i appreciate all yall help,and im gonna give it a go myself first....the thing is, when i bought it i had it tuned up and the guy said every thing was real good shape..and strong....i looked at the plugs and and they were black and simi oily...im defenitly gonna change the fuel line tommorow and possibly the plugs..hopefully its nothing serious becouse i defenitly cant afford to take it to the shop right now. but like i said it happens onley every now and then, esspecially after i fill it up....who knows, but thank you guys for all the help

man i had the same problem with braid/floro combination.....If im gonna use braid, i gotta use a mono leader for some shock absorbtion....i use floro/floro almost 95% so that remidied that problem.....if i was gonna use that setup i would definitly take my hookset down a couple notches....like a gentle reel and sweep...

id have to agree with hoding the rod perpendicular to your belt line and grag and pause......I prefer brass and glass for sound, all by buddies use tungstun, but to me brass and glass has its own uniqe sound......Ill used 14-20 vanish floro for my main line,and 10-14as my leader....remeber to use a sweeping hookset.....i missed so many fish at first becouse i was trying to set the hook likea t-rig

thanks man.....im gonna replace the hose and filter today....i cant seem to find the breather screw.....its an aluminum tank...wouldent it be located on the top? couse i cant find it at all.... :-[

that about sums it up for me.....boaters will miss fish. Just stay confident in what your throwing, your not competing with him but the other non boaters....so frontenders get a pattern in there head and no matter what they wont change.....i remember onetime my boater had found some big fish on the beds, well cool weather pulled them off,but he still was pitching to those beds.....i was casting a mini c-rig out in deeper water and i won! Had he not been blocking me i woulda been doing the same as him....and fishing over the fish..completely missing it

i forgot to mention...i lived in lynchburg,va for two years i fished a couple tourneys with junebug bass club...they seemed really cool.....

i forgot to say too....it idles fine always...and sometimes the problems i listed dont happen everytrip out...its just getting more common and frustraiting

for some reasion hear latley i cannot get enough power to plane out...eventually it will...but my power comes in surges.....could this be a fuel line problem...spark plugs....cylinder issue carbs...i just need some help....anythine please
