wacky rig its a rare day when it doesn't produce for me, texas rig, or spinnerbait but im gonna try swimbaits this year

spoons have all but disappeared from our tackle boxes i know i dont have any becuase its not practical to fish them in my home lake

im not bashing quantum its just that reel have a quantum spinning setup and love

after 10 casts its ounds like a chain saw the internals of the reel are bad

the quantum code is piece of junk!!!!!!! return it worst reel ive ever owned

i think im gonna get an abu garcia vendetta i got a chance to pick it up and man is it light and it feels good in the hands but now i need to pick an action. i mailny fish spinnerbaits and texas rigs with the occasional crankbait and topwater, for the vendettas they have a 7ft medium action rod with moderate fast tip would it be good for my applications i could also get the 7ft medium heavy with a fast tip but im afraid the mh will be a broom stick the medium is rated for 1/4-5/8 ounces and the medium heavy is rated for 1/2-3/4 ounces please help

get xt its a little stiffer but it is so much stronger and abrasion resistant but don't use it on a spinning reel ans also it will be a little squirrely for the first few days its on the spool

on my home lake (oneida lake) it is very clear because of the zebra muscles and pretty much all i use is low vis green and it doesn't hinder me from catching fish and i got a friend who uses straight up green braid
