Please DO NOT get out of the backs of the coves in a canoe stay AWAY from from the main channel... That lake is dangerous when you get outta the coves.. Is a guide worth getting put on better fish or knowing the pattern already?

To those saying just take the chip out newer vehicles are getting smarter, Be careful as some company's now have the computer set to change a value if the ecu is modified and you cannot change it back. The exhaust and intake can void it but the dealer must prove the issue was a direct cause of that (magnussen vs. Morrison) the eco boost stuff is pretty cool and people need to give it some time it will advance more.. I am sure the shop you are working with will know about this stuff tho.

Simple they want a phone give them one block all actions except to numbers you will allow... Don't give them a smart phone either. Also a lot of parents don't know this but turn the GPS tracking on in it but don't tell them... Now you know if they lie about where they go as well...

Man it was rough.. those things all loaded up suck to crank back up.. they were down around 3ft they said... You use theirs they are a pretty good setup for the place honestly...

I don't remember the name of the first lake but the second was "The Islands"... It was Hot but wind and being on the water helped... We arrived at Trophy Country at around 6:30 AM met with Kevin and filled out the paperwork and By 7 he had the 4 of us out on the water. We all decided to start out with different forms of top water and just continued on from there cranks, creatures, jigs basically anything we wanted. Stopped for about two hours at 1 to eat some lunch and cool off and that's when he then took us to the islands. We finished up at around 8:30 and the day ended up with over 400+ fish in the 1-3.5lb range and a few scattered over that biggest being a 7-2... Overall for 108+ degree day I was impressed....

Looks like I'm heading up there with some guys from work to fish all day... If I don't melt I will come back with some pics and maybe info. I'm not to keen on fishing deep for them but I'll try my hand at it... Hopefully the first of a few trips there this year... Ghoti? RW? Long Mike? Anyone whose been there a few times wanna throw out some help I will accept it lol... -CK
