I have said this before, and it is still my belief: For techniques you use the rod to move the bait( jigs, t-rigs, walking baits, poppers etc) use the most IPT reel you can get(or like) For techniques where you use the reel to move the bait, you must reevaluate the IPT. Therefore, I use all high IPT reels except for cranks, swimbaits, swimjigs, buzzbaits, spinnerbaits etc. Jeff
