1. OHIO 2. 2010 has by far been my best year..i have caught bigger bass than previous summers. ..also, i have caught more bass. 3. i think 2010 summer was better because i acquired more knowlegde and got more fishing oportunities.

Ya he coulda been a butt about it and i wouldnt have doubted him. We were just glad to land the fish. It took her bout a full minute to revive...that sound normal?

I was out on an ol jon boat fishin a private resivoir on sunday evening with my friend. My baitcaster was acting up so i handed it to him to see if he could fix it up. So i threw out his baitcaster with a tequila sunrise power worm. I Felt a "tap tap run" and set the hook. this fish felt large so i adjusted drag and kept fighing her. i finally caught a glimpse of the hawg and instantly knew i had a giant bass on. My buddy in the front of the boat grabbed the fish and yanked it in the boat as i starred in amazement. The fished weighed 10 POUNDS! Up here in SE ohio thats a giant. Hope you guys like....

This might be a dumb question, but how could the fish see the dark worms?

Well we ended up riggin up a lil something. We got about a 8 gallon cooler, two small aireators and some ice. We switched the water out every now and then and frequently put in some ice. It kept the fish alive till wiegh in..thats all that matters! 8-)

Any reviews on this reel? Good or bad

Never used the craw, but the shad topwater is amazing! Take it on the edge of a weed bed or lillies and see what happens

I sadly agree, lake fishing isnt the best here. But you gotta take what you got. I've always had success on a red, or pumpkin seed worm or tubes. But, the biggest lake bass ive caught has been 6 lbs. which in my honest opinion is a brute
