We left the Crack head hotel we were staying in up here this morning. We have now rented a "cabin" at one of the campsites up here. It has two primary fishing lakes and a massive swimming/fishing/boating lake on the property. All three lakes are located within a couple hundred yards of the cabin. Dang I love Michigan. Plus the weather is not scorching hot.

Their lives were spent in the water if I recall correctly. Thusly, evolving into primitive organisms and finally to "fish". Before crawling out and becoming land dwelling critters. Answer 2. Last time I spoke with a wood chuck. It told me it could chuck around 9000 board feet a day. Dependent upon the weather and other variables. Which is a lot of wood for a wood chuck to chuck.

Dear Slonezp, I have not posted Blondie Sparky's picture yet because I have not had any inquiries about one being posted. I will get to work on that after dinner. Only since you asked so nice though.

How bout a, Dear Raider, when posting. Dear Jeff, After all the rods I have owned and fished. I prefer an Abu Veritas rod. They have never let me down and have worked swimmingly for stripe as well as green fish. Reels, I prefer a round bait caster. When you have massive gorilla hands it makes it much easier to palm the reel. Personally I am in love with Shimano Calcuttas. I find the round reels tend to be a bit more powerful then their low profile counter parts. As well as available in a wider range of sizes. The Abu round reels have definitely gotten my attention. However, I just prefer a Calcutta. Preferably a TE or TE DC. Mono. I don't fish mono. I absolutely can not stand mono. I do just fine with flouro and braided lines. My counterpart uses it though.

If I recall correctly you took my advice a couple of times via Dear Raider. I some how think I need to remake that thread for all the new people around.

Oddly enough you have put a lot of thought into this. Please tell me this is from personal experience. Cause that is an insane amount of detail and what not. I believe the team was the Bears and not the Raiders in your case though.
