I've decided a new start in life deserves a new pet too. So instead of some sissy dog that can't hold its own. I am looking into how to acquire a gorilla or a hyena. But not both. Since they are bitter enemies. The gorilla is my top choice. Anyone know where to acquire one of these beautiful animals?

My divorce finalized last wednesday. So that was a relief. As far as the girl friend and what not. I have never been happier. It's just all the other stuff life has thrown at me over the last year that I'm trying to work through. After my nice fishing trip today with the girlfriend and her niece things are starting to seem better. I forgot how therapeutic fishing can be. I've been three times in the last three days and it's apparently starting to make a difference.

Did that from 430 til about 9 o'clock tonight. It did clear my head quite a bit. Felt extremely good to be out on the water and I had s blast.

I'm taking a leave of absence from here and most everywhere else. While I get my mind right and come to terms with my life. Last year was one of the roughest life has ever thrown at me. Excluding presentation and bait selection. Which do you feel is the most important component to your fishing set up? Don't over think the question. I go with all three personally. I feel that when utilizing the proper equipment and line. Everything meshes perfectly and increases hook up ratio and what have you. Better feel provided by the rod and line. Better retrieve power provided by the reel. Then again I have also been out fished by an old man with an ugly stick and a Zebco 33 before too.

I am a construction electrician. So I have permission to work anywhere in the country. However, they don't have to work me or give me the opportunity to work if they don't want to. If your referral letter does not say 5 year apprenticeship completed then you are looked down upon and usually not worked at the Northern or Midwest Northern halls. Which tend to be where the money is. Regardless of your qualifications, skills, or years in the trade.I'm also Book 1 in my local. So that is viewed as buying my card by them.

So apparently by not going through the apprenticeship program. I am not eligible to work in various locals around the country. I'm sorry. I'm not going to be looked down upon, because I didn't go through YOUR apprenticeship school. Everyone wants to preach brotherhood and all that other stuff yet this is how it works. I pay the same dues and everything else that everyone else does, yet I'm not equal to everyone else. Well, I can handle this situation just fine. I'm calling the pipefitters local and the iron workers local on monday. I'll just go through one of their apprenticeships. Ironworkers have already told me they will accept me. I'm curious about the pipefitters too. I'm not bashing unions nor am I interested in hearing others bash them. This is in relations to me searching for a job.

I'm getting back into catching green fish again. My girlfriend is insatiable when it comes to fishing. So I'm back to viewing the other forums. So many newer members that ain't got to experience all my crazy self has to offer....
