  1. Bassin Blvd is right. But if you've made up your mind to fish there Zara Spooks work well and you might get some peacocks on it as well. Fish traps outside the campground. Just a few things that come to mind.
  2. In a boat or bank fishing? Many tournaments out of there. At times it can be some good fishing. I have not been there in a while. Bob
  3. Congratulations. Bocabasser.
  4. Nice Bass. Thanks for your service. Bob
  5. Interesting they are having this in the middle of the month.
  6. Thanks Todd that helped me out as well Bob
  7. I agree. It's been a different winter out there this year. I say it's something in that water. But yet there have been some nice fish being caught at sawgrass so go figure. I'm with you. Cant wait till it comes back
  8. Nice. Thanks
  9. Timing just was wrong for you. With the front that blew through I'll bet it was really rough out there today. There were several tournaments this weekend. But I have not heard how they faired. To bad you are leaving so soon. Next weekend maybe a whole different thing. Lately it's been taking well over 20# to cash a check. Bob
  10. I was waiting on this post...The best way is to just have a CCW. Make life a whole lot easier. Thanks
  11. And yes a CCW is a must. In fact I do beleave here in Florida you can open carry while fishing off shore or in the glades. If there is a LEO here maybe he can confirm. I have never seen anyone do it though.
  12. That sucks. But going forward would the lesson be if at all possible point the bow into the wind then clean the prop? just asking.

You know I have fished HP a lot of years like most of you. A lot of times there have been high waters. So why is it so much worse this year? Part of me thinks it's the Ph in the water. Something is different this year. Not sure what.
