Nice preach, I seen a little 4pt Saturday at 645am to dark to shoot he hung around for a bit before walking off. Haven't seen a deer since other then ones out in the middle of the fields as I walk out at dark they just look at me and laugh that they came out from a different spot then I was sitting. Stuck a squirrel Sunday big ole thing thought I killed him it laid there in the trail for 45 min arrow right threw him didn't twitch then it and my arrow jumped up it chewed my fletching off and ran off with the arrow still in it!!! I ran down and caught up to it stepped on the arrow and he just turned looked at me and popped off the arrow and ran up the tree and barked at me. Tough little bugger.

This season I've seen deer every time but on 3 occasions. Them 3 times were when I was playing the wind so that it wasn't blowing over bedding and feeding areas along wth known travel routes. The rest if the times around 7 I hunted stands where the wind was blowing my stink at the deer each time I had them come in and within petting distance. I spray and wash with dead down wind products.

My buddy did that.....didn't work out for him because he started stealing cars on base after 6months. Haven't talked to him in almost 10years.

A soy and corn fed yearling in the crockpot with some carrots, potatoes, garlic cloves, onion, Lipton soup mix packet. Oh and some jerky as well with help from my three year old

I've been on a rat hunting kick shoulda taken pics tonight maybe tomorrow. Pig farmer said "shoot all the *bleeping* rats ya can just don't shoot live stock" some these rats are the size of house cats. We tape flash lights to some ruger 10/22s or the Henry I just won and go tactical on some jumbo rats. My buddy joined the marines same time I joined the army he's got two tours in Iraq. We stack up like clearing houses and blast the rats. I got 3 yesterday and 3 today. Rats like most animals can't see a red light we figured it out yesterday now it's like shooting fish in a barrel the actually stand still and look at ya.

Button buck I shot Saturday 10/4/14 thought it was a doe and I need a real truck so I don't have to do this lol. Grim reapers watch em drop! Button buck within iPhone camera range of my stand laying dead. Back straps! While processing my button buck cooked up a back strap just a bit of butter and the. Season salt quick brown on each side eat.

Same situation!!! We didn't have a house or nothing. I took the truck(though I hate the thing) all the guns and fishing stuff came with me, kids with me. Only thing she wanted was the apt and the TVs and such I got the rest. She was/is very materialistic she thought she was getting the better stuff but everything she kept was older and her daddy bought her a new car since I took the truck.

I showed my main one these yesterday she didn't find it as amusing as I did. She was complaining cuz I was gonna be late coming over. Told her it's hunting season I'll be out late till march 29 th when coyote closes.

Listen as a newly single man myself I'm all for spreading the wealth if ya know what I mean. But never never never do they know about each other. I got them spread all over it's killing my gas but I will live longer this way. The only time they can know about each other is when said women looks for another women to join that's it but you don't spend time with them no no no. And I would watch the show also for the off chance there may be fishing in there lol.

My sister won a Henry lever action .22 yesterday at a gun raffle. She doesn't hunt or shoot so I am now the proud owner of the thing. To bad I can't shoot it no ammo.

Well a little update. I spoke with the sales guy we have our meetings with. Not about a raise but just chatting a bit and I mentioned some changes about how to increase production and a change to one of our products to make it easier and faster to mass produce with less air and material wasted in a DIY package deal for customers. He turned around a d offered me a position in sales...... I didn't know how to take it I just kinda laughed and told him I'm not cut out to be on a phone and computer all day stuck in a office. Then got to thinking it pays better and they make 15% commission on sales and they have to meet $50,000 a week in sales between the two of them and I would be the third. Today I worked a little over on a Saturday and the GM came back to help me finish a bench and watch how I spray chop. I brought up the idea of instead of working 4 hours Saturday and only able to do one extra gas box priced at $1500, why not pop the one I do during the day at 130 gel coat it and work 2hrs twice a week giving them two boxes at 1500 instead of one in the same amount of over time worked. This way they pay the same OT out to me but increase production. He loved the idea and told me he wished others would think like that. All I had in mind is hunting season opens next week and I don't want to work Saturday lol.
