  1. Very nice work there.
  2. I am talking about two pretty good coats...... When you clearcoat it the red will darken.
  3. Renaud, two coats of createx transparent bright red over a white base will get you what you are looking for.
  4. I think you done a pretty good job on those. Try putting your clearcoat on a little thinner.....with epoxy I try to get thie thinnest coat on that I can. You won't have near as many cloudy places on the lures.
  5. No, its not as hard as you would imagine. I took the bait apart and painted it a segment at a time.
  6. you must have superior balance....LOL!

Painted up my first swimbait. I normally don't care to do these but, a friend of mine worried the hell out of me till I agreed to paint it. Its a triton mike bucca shad...
  8. All of those look really nice
  9. You will like the 704c. It does well with texas rigs, football jigs, and I throw frogs on it often in milfoil and its plenty enough backbone to get good fish out of cover.

  12. Very nice work there.
  13. I just painted these. These are store bought baits with my paintjob on them. If I look for custom built I turn to Big M
  14. Shellcracker updated tennessee shad Some deep divers I painted this week......first pic is female bluegill and the second is rock bass
  15. I use alot of red lipless baits in the spring on lake guntersville in the milfoil. I use ghost, rayburn red, black/gold, sexy shad in the xcalibur xr50 bait line.
  16. My thoughts as well
  17. I use a powell 704cb. It has a fast action tip which helps with ripping the trap out of grass but, has a nice parabolic bend that will help you keep big fish buttoned up. I throw lipless baits a ton on lake guntersville in the spring
  18. Those are all awesome baits. Excellent work. I really like your background for the pics also with the water droplets
  19. No I didn't the baits. Big M on here makes the baits. I just painted them
  20. Finally got around to painting a few of these up...
  21. I know, I re-registered and that username password won't work either. I guess I just have a bad connection with the site...LOL! I have never had this problem before because I use the same username/password on every forum. Its not a big deal. I didn't have that many post or anything like that.
