i already own 30 bag of all different type of senkos but i saw this at the BPS for 16 bucks and i saw an ad online for the same item for 10 bucks. I called the BPS and they said they would honor the online price. i went in and got 100 senkos for 10 dollars. thought i would pass the deal on to you guys. i would call first to see if they would do the same for me for you. thanks, ill leave the battle wounds. i had a good idea using a metallic sharpie on my silver max reel but after a trip to the lake, the sharpie faded, but i did get all my revo sx and silver max baitcast covers so they are protected.

theres a small pond on wilshire and near kilpatrick turnpike that is super awesome. im leaving to drive to ok city on saturday, and first thing sunday, im going to that little patch. hopefully the gate hasn't been build and one of the resident, Steve, still lives there, cuz he lets us fish there. ill let ya know

welocome! i live in yukon last year for my job at these apartments called the Park on westpoint. im gonna be out these again this summer and im gonna be bringing all my gear. pretty excited for my days off to fish!

i was watching an episode of Bill Dance and he was using the dancing eel. i was at the BPS and found some. Of course, had to buy it. i was wondering if anyone used it and whats the best technique for these beast.

I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions on covering up nicks and dings on reels. I have a couple where some paint flaked off and just want to know what's best to use or is will I only make it uglier and should leave it.

i am going to be in Oklahoma city this summer for my internship i have. I was there last year and found this private fishing pond and the residents were ok with my buddy and I fishing it. My question is: Do i need a fishing licenses to fish private ponds? i know in Arizona if you get caught without a licences in public or private, Fish and Game can take all your gear away and fine you. I am so excited tho because i feel like I've learned so much in a year about bass and fishing. Last year it was all about just catching any size bass, now i feel like i got the gear to get the BIG ONES! thanks for all the help and if you have any good place to fish, please let me know.

I know the the bigger the number means it reels in the line faster. i was wondering whats the benefits to using a 7:1 1 to a 6:4 1. like is one better for crankbaits or worms? also which reel would work better on a medium rod or a medium heavy rod?

This is a awesome topic! Last weekend, we docked our boat to do a little shore fishing and I saw some crayfish. I caught him sneaking up on itn then we flipped some rocks and caught them when they were shocked. We decided to go eat lunch and dock our boat in the middle of the lake near a sand shallow beach bar in the lake. We put bobbers on our line and hooked the crayfish in the back. Threw out our line and waited. Literally, 30 seconds, both lines got hit so hard our poles almost fell in. Reeled in the line and some good size bass. We did it a couple more times and same awesome results! So fun for something so random, my fishing partner didn't believe it was gonna work.

i have 5 and they are the greatest things esp when travel to the lake. you can rig your set up and once your on the lake, just pull them off and fish.

ya the rod is so light and sensitive. i dont remember myself losing any fish when i first got it, but it could just be mental. This last weekend, i bought a new Carrot Stix for my baitcast reel and i was senko-ing it up, and i literally felt everything. Right when the fish picked up the worm, i felt it, and then set it set the hook before i usually have to see my line run away before i set the hook.

i own 3 of them and never had a problem with any of them. i've tried other rods and feel the carrots sticks have more sensitivity to them than the other rods. What kind of bait/lure are you loosing these fish on?

i used them this last fishing trip for the first time, and was surprised how well they worked. Gonna go back and get me some more KVD's.

i used to just pair a reel to any rod that was decent, but after reading on the forum and stuff, i see having a good combo is important. i have a BPS XPS Extreme Trigger Crankbait rod and a shimano convergence rod. Both medium. i have a Shimano Citica C1-200 and 2 Abu Garcia silver max reel. Which would you put on what? thanks for the help

i was watching the video on "Advance Spinner Baits" and got or felt like i got sold on Lumaflex skirts. i never heard of it before and was wondering if any of you guys used them. What do you think of them? or does it not matter? Also i was looking on the BPS website, and they dont even have them listed. i would think if its popular, they would get in on making money on it and stock it.

oh can someone explain to me how the wind cast magnetic spool thing works. i have baitcaster now, and i still dunno how to dial it in. when its on 10 it doesn't backlash as if it was on 9 or lower numbers.
