You will have better luck at briery than diascunds...I promise.

Twin lakes state park is not far away. They have tent sites and rv sites, shower houses and the whole deal.

Briery Creek or Sandy River. 10 hp limit though, but no water skiers, pontoons, or jet skis.. if u fish chesdin expect all the above. less traffic on upper lake towards the river but u will never be able to navigate through the shallows unless u are with someone else who knows it. If u do decide to go, put in at seven springs if u don't mind spending a few dollars on fees, free ramp is on dinwiddie side, not too much trouble if u get there early. depending on what size motor you have its a few miles from the ramps to the river, so plan accordingly. A few creeks and coves along the way but nothing to far from main lake. Like I stated earlier, briery or sandy... its an hour and change from chesdin but well worth the drive when u compare the bass fishing.

Is competition illegal? Me and my buddy compete every time we go anywhere to see who catches more/bigger fish. How is that any different just because someone is not in the same boat. Wayne, your not the game warden are you?
